| Day
1 Cusco - Ocongate. - Tinki.
After breakfast we will take you to the south side. We will
pass important villages along the Huatanay river and then
the Vilcanota river that comes from Sicuani. We will pass
for many archaeological places like Pikillaqta and the villages
of Andahuaylillas and Huaro, both with colonial origins.
Finally we will arrive to Urcos, after that we will go up
until getting to small towns where farmers and weavers live
the houses and small towns are along the way and the landscapes
and hills are amazing and they mixed with the horizon, it
looks like a mosaic camp. At the end of the afternoon we
will see the Ausangate through the Vilcanota mountain rage
(6372 meters above sea level) and when the Ichu (dry grass)
dominates the landscape we will get to Ocongate and our
camping place is Tinki at 3800 meters above sea level.
Day
2 Tinki - Upis.
Crossing the Ocongate river we will pass through a small
village and we will start crossing the highest part taking
advantage of the

Ausangate’s
base with some impressive views, on the way we will see
small houses with farms until Upis, an area with thermal
baths which you can enjoy according with the water temperature
or level because these are outdoors (the camping is at
4400 meters above sea level with a walk for about 4 or
6 hours and a distance of 6 Km.)

Day
3 Upis - Pukacocha.
Going up we will have a walk over the pass at 4 700 meters
above sea level or 14 760 feet and we will follow the route
to Pukacocha lake where we can appreciate the ice falling
from the Ausangate snowed mountain from our camp on the
lake’s shore, this day is not too long but the environment
and altitude will be amazing. The walk will lasts about
5 or 6 hours and a distance of 5 Km.

Day
4 Pukacocha - Chilcapinaya
When we pass the small turquoise lakes we will get to pass
for the highest part of our trip and we will arrive to Palomani
(5 000 meters above sea level) with an spectacular view
of the east south side of the Ausangate snowed mountain,
we will go down to Chilcapinaya having a walk of 5 –7
hours and a distance of 9 Km.

Day
5 Chilcapinaya - Jampa - Chacaspata
If we are lucky we will find the mountain region with sheperds
from the jampa valley with their animals like llamas, sheeps,
they are spinning and weaving during the day. Then we will
surround the Ticllacocha lake at 4 500 meters above sea
level arriving to Pachaspata where we will camp on the Ninaparaycocha
shores. The walk will last between 6 – 8 hours with
a 8 Km distance.

Day
6 Chacaspata. - Pacchanta.
Continuing our way down through the valley, we will get
to Pacchanta village where we will rest in the afternoon.
For this we will get into the thermal baths where will have
an extraordinary view of the Ausangate snowed mountain that
dominates the camp. We will have the chance to talk with
the village people. The walk lasts about 5-6 hours and a
5 Km distance.

Day
7 Pacchanta - Tinki - Cusco.
A short walk in the morning passing through small villages
with sheperds and weavers we will arrive to Tinki where
a vehicle is going to be waiting for us, we will have
completed our trip arriving to Cusco at the evening, having
a 5 hours walk, and a 6 Km distance
Day
8 Cusco - Lima Out.
Transfer to the airport to take your flight to Lima or
if you wish we can begin other tour.
